This may include using the image on any other website owned by Cirencester Computers or linked companies and organisations.

It's important to note, however, that you still own the copyright to everything you contribute to the Cirencester Forum and that if your image and/or video is accepted, we will endeavour to publish your name alongside it on the website. We cannot guarantee that all pictures and/or video will be used and we reserve the right to edit your comments.

10) Any posting to the forum which mentions, by name, any member of the public - where written or emailed permission from that member of the public has not been given - may be removed or edited by the administrator or other person assigned as a moderator at the discretion of the administrator and/or on receipt of a removal request from the person mentioned.

11) Any complaints about a posting on the Cirencester Forum, or against another member of the Cirencester Forum, should be raised by emailing the administrator or a moderator.

If you disagree with any decision we make, please contact us privately (by email or personal message) where we will consider your complaint. You are asked no to publicly question any decision we have made on the forum until we have attempted to resolve your complaint/problem first.
