There's a lovely lady who works on the cash registers, I'm not sure of her name but she looks a lot like Sue Johnston from The Royle Family.

If I see her working I always head to her checkout. She always enjoys a chat, and I believe is genuinely interested in talking to all her customers.

Next time I see her I must make a note of her name.
